A man who’s been jailed for election fraud will be called on to give evidence at a Tynwald Select Committee next week.
Charles 'Buster' Lewin, who was sent to prison last year, will appear in person at the hearing on Monday.
The committee is taking evidence on the Kirk Michael School land swap deal between government and Heritage Homes which fell through.
In November Tynwald resolved not to accept a report from the committee instead asking it to review the matter in light of new evidence.
Mr Lewin has previously claimed his former employer Heritage Homes deliberately misled the committee.
The hearing will be held in public at 10.30am at the Legislative Buildings in Douglas.
