An Island-based businessman has lost an appeal to keep more than £500,000 seized by police during raids in 2015.
Paul Bell of Manor Park in Onchan is alleged to have made the money through a VAT fraud - although he's never faced criminal charges.
He had more than £484,000 in his home, as well as £16,000 in an office on Hill Street in Douglas and a further £370,000 at addresses in the UK.
Judge of Appeal Tattersall and Deemster Doyle dismissed Mr Bell's appeal against forfeiting the money.
