An Olympic competitor could soon be teaching clay pigeon shooting in the south of the Island - if a planning application is successful.
Grenaby Estates has applied for permission to transform a field off Grenaby Road in Ballasalla into a shooting range.
The company says former team GB shooter Jake Keeling would lead classes on demand throughout the summer.
In its application, the firm says it wants to put temporary shelters in the field to keep shooters out of bad weather.
