Buses heading to the south of the Island are Isle of Man Transport's biggest earners, according to new figures.
A Freedom of Information request asked which buses earn most and least - as well as which service carry most passengers.
In its response, Bus Vannin says the 1,2, 11 and 12 services between Douglas and the south carried 1.4 million passengers last year and earned £1.4 million.
By contrast, the least-used routes were buses in the North - services in Maughold and Jurby carried 86,000 passengers and made just £37,000.
