Bus Vannin says it's expecting more problems operating services this weekend, after calling off a number of buses last Saturday and Sunday.
It says it has 10 full-time vacancies and a number of drivers on long-term leave - and last weekend couldn't get enough casual drivers to cover all services.
In a Facebook post, the organisation says it's putting together plans for Friday, Saturday and Sunday when it may see more problems.
But it says last weekend's problems weren't caused by privately hired buses, which it says were driven by office staff.
