Infrastructure Minister Tim Crookall says he can't give any details about offers made to end the bus strike.
This week in the House of Keys, he was asked about talks aimed at ending the industrial action by Unite the Union drivers.
Mr Crookall said talks had taken place last week, and he was aware another ballot was due to be held by drivers.
But when pressed on what the DOI had offered the union, he said he couldn't reveal more:
