A drunk fisherman who couldn't stand or walk was arrested after refusing to get off a bus.
Jason Quayle, of Berry Woods Grove in Douglas, appeared before Deputy High Bailiff Rachael Braidwood at Douglas Courthouse.
The 25 year old admitted being drunk and incapable and possessing cocaine on April 14.
The court heard Quayle had gone drinking with his crew and ended up on a bus travelling along Eskdale Road in Onchan.
The driver asked him to get off because he was drunk, and called police when he refused - when officers arrived Quayle was asleep.
A search found 0.1g of cocaine on him.
He was fined a total of £850 and ordered to pay £125 costs.
