Six staff are being laid off from an Island building society as it closes down its Manx operations.
The workers at Nationwide International were informed about the decision earlier this week.
Last November, the company announced it would shut its doors for good after unsuccessful talks to sell the business.
The redundancies are the first wave of job losses before the firm, based in St George's Street in Douglas, closes this summer.
