A shortage of builders is holding up construction projects, and potentially holding the Island's economy back.
So says the Economic Development Minister who was quizzed about plans to ease work permit restrictions in the industry.
Middle MHK Bill Shimmins asked Laurence Skelly whether an inability to recruit workers meant large building schemes are being held up.
