A Peel man whose car had no working brake lights has been fined a total of £200.
Kelvin Blackwell of Albany Road admitted failing to maintain his lights, failing to notify of a change of ownership and failing to display a tax disc.
Magistrates heard he'd been stopped by police in September and had taxed his car but forgot to display it.
As well as fining him, they ordered him to pay £50 costs.
