Questions about broadband in rural areas are set to be raised in the House of Keys this week.
Ayre and Michael MHK Tim Baker will ask Chief Minister Howard Quayle about improvements in speeds outside the Island's towns.
He wants to know how much progress has been made to honour a government commitment to improve broadband in rural areas.
The pledge was made in the Programme for Government agreed by Tynwald last January.
