British biker dies following collision on Mountain Road this morning

It involved one motorcycle, the rider died as a result of his injuries.

It’s been confirmed that this mornings road traffic collision on the Mountain Road resulted in a fatality.

It happened at 8.12am on the exit of Brandywell corner.

The as yet unnamed male comes from England.

The Mountain was closed all morning for investigations to be carried out, the rest of the course is now closed for the days racing.
