Sizeable developments could be made to a pub in Laxey if planning officials give the green light.
Proposals have been put forward to demolish the rear annex of the Shore Hotel in Laxey and create a new boutique hotel with four new en-suite bedrooms.
If approved, the plans would also see a 42-person restaurant created and refurbishments carried out on the existing upper floors to provide two bedroom suites as well as staff manager accommodation.
Those behind the plans also say car parking amendments would accommodate the proposals.
