Douglas Council says space will be limited in a car park on the promenade over the TT period.
In a post on Facebook, the local authority says a large section of the Bottleneck Car Park will be in use during the festival.
The Mann Made Festival is taking place there from 5pm Wednesday, May 27 until 10pm on Saturday, June 6.
The council says parking will be limited and has apologised for any inconvenience.
