Media regulator Ofcom's agreed to allow ITV to cut its regional news output by half.
As a result the Border and Tyne Tees regions are being merged.
This could effectively mean less coverage for the Isle Of Man
Border news will be scrapped and
the half hour Lookaround evening programme will be halved.
