Police have received complaints of motorbikes using the Island's heritage trail as a 'shortcut' to get from one place to another.
Sgt. Andrew Reed has reiterated all vehicles - including motorbikes and cars aren't allowed to drive down the trail.
He added that a number of motorbikes have been seen traveling at speed, posing a risk to families who are walking the route.
