A Kirk Michael biker caught doing 90mph in a 50mph zone during TT has escaped an immediate ban.
55 year old Gary David Rickwood of Main Road pleaded guilty by post to speeding but was ordered to appear before magistrates in person.
A police officer on an unmarked motorbike spotted Rickwood travelling at 90mph coming out of Ballaugh on June 4.
The bench said it wouldn't impose an immediate ban but put eight penalty points on his licence and fined him £350.
