Take care if you're planning on going into the sea this Spring.
That's the message from Public Health, which says you could pick up bacteria if you're going for a dip.
On Twitter, it says sea water and foam could make you sick - particularly in stagnant pools between tides or after storms.
It's advising people to avoid areas with poor water quality, cover wounds while swimming, avoid getting water in your mouth and clean yourself afterwards.
