A convicted benefits fraudster is asking the public to help repay the money he conned out of the taxpayer.
Andrew Fenton of Braddan admitted a seven-year, £36,000 fraud against the taxpayer in 2023 - landing him a suspended prison sentence.
He was also ordered to repay the money he'd dishonestly claimed, but in a local Facebook group says he can't afford to pay the outstanding £16,000.
Fenton has now launched a JustGiving page to help raise the cash - you can find out more and donate via this link.
