The statue of the Bee Gees on Douglas Prom will be missing for a few weeks later this month.
The bronze version of Barry, Maurice and Robin Gibb will be shipped to Liverpool on June 23 for some additional fixings to be fitted.
However, the musical brothers will be back in time for Douglas Carnival in July.
The statue has proved incredibly popular with locals and visitors since it was unveiled last summer.
