Tests on water quality on the Island's beaches will get underway in around two weeks' time.
The bathing water testing will check for E Coli and Intestinal Enterococci levels
The measurements and sampling will start on Tuesday, May 6 at Derbyhaven, Douglas, Peel, Gansey, Laxey, Port Grenaugh, Port Lewaigue, Port Skillion and Port Soderick.
They'll be done by the Environmental Protection Unit at the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture.
