A resident in the south of the Island has highlighted concerns over litter left behind at Port Erin beach.
On Facebook, Ben Campbelton praised the brilliant atmosphere but said the beach was left covered in rubbish, including pizza boxes, cans and bottles after visitors went home.
He argued that dog owners are often unfairly judged for walking their dogs on the beach, even when they clean up after them.
The post has prompted renewed calls for beachgoers to dispose of their waste properly and respect public spaces.
