One of the world's most acclaimed movie critics believes the Manx film industry is finally gaining credibility on the international stage.
Mark Kermode is best known for presenting the BBC's Culture Show and Film Review programmes.
His family are also Manx and Mark is a patron of next year's Island of Culture celebrations.
