A series of roads across the Island will close overnight.
The Promenades in Douglas, Laxey and Castletown as well as Shore Road will all close from midnight until 4am on Thursday morning.
In Ramsey, West Quay, Market Place, East Street, Christian Street, West Street and Derby Road will all close between 10pm tonight and reopen at 4am the following morning.
Vehicles are prohibited on roads at this time because of the amber weather warning issued by Ronaldsway Met Office.
Flood defence measures will be installed in towns during the closures.
