Isle of Man Transport says more parking problems at a busy road in Braddan means buses to and from Noble's hospital are having to be diverted.
In a Tweet, the organisation says because of parking issues its buses are currently unable to travel along Strang Road.
Instead, buses are being diverted via Snugborough and Braddan Bridge to the hospital.
Last month, the head of public transport Ian Longworth revealed there are two incidents a day where inconsiderate motorists block bus routes.
Due to parking issues buses are unable to serve Strang Road. Buses are diverted via Snugborough and Braddan Bridge to the hospital.
