The government's warning about going swimming after storms and high tide - saying bacteria may flourish in stagnant water.
Public Health says sea water and foam may contain bacteria which can make you ill.
It says you should avoid swimming directly after a storm or in areas with poor water quality.
It adds you should cover cuts, scratches or sores before swimming, avoid swallowing or splashing water into your mouth and clean hands and wetsuits after your dip.
