The Island will begin its autumn Covid-19 booster campaign next week.
The programme has been brought forward alongside the UK, following a spike in cases of the latest variant BA.2.86.
This latest variant has been responsible for several outbreaks in UK care homes, although it's not yet known if it is more severe than previous strains.
Older care home residents, frontline health and social care workers and and those most at risk will be prioritized.
Manx Care will contact people direct if their health record suggests they may be eligible.
