The Island's suspended Attorney General will face a retrial in February next year.
52-year-old Stephen Harding is facing charges against public justice and perjury - charges he denies.
Earlier this month a jury in the original trial was dismissed after failing to reach a unanimous verdict.
The retrial will start on February 3rd and is due to take two weeks.
Deemster Birkett will preside over it once again.
