Hundreds of school pupils from the Isle of Man will be meeting the man who has made science cool later.
Professor Brian Cox, presenter of Wonders of the Universe, will be giving hundreds of students a science lesson of a lifetime at the Villa Marina later.
Following him will be the astronauts from the NASA team who crewed the Discovery's historic final space mission.

The timetable for the event on Wednesday, July 6, is: 9.30am – 10.30am: presentation by Professor Brian Cox OBE and Q&A session; 10.30am – 11.00am: interval; 11.00am – 12.00pm presentation by NASA astronauts and Q&A session.
The visit of Professor Cox and the NASA astronauts, who are guests at the Tynwald Day ceremony on July 5th, reflects the growing importance of the Isle of Man as a centre of excellence in the space commerce and aerospace engineering sectors. The NASA trip is being coordinated by ManSat Chairman and CEO Chris Stott, the Isle of Man's honorary representative to the space community and husband of NASA engineer Nicole Stott.
