Island businesses impacted by a lack of consumer confidence.
A survey by the Chamber of Commerce shows there's still a lack of confidence on the island about going out, even while wearing masks.
Retail and hospitality businesses have been impacted the most by this despite government support in the form of the Coronavirus
Business Support Scheme.
However, the survey showed many businesses have not applied- with 65% saying they did not think they would qualify and 30% saying they were not even aware of it.
The Chamber said it will be undertaking more surveys to gather more opinion from the business community.
