New figures from the government show unemployment fell very slightly in April, but is still above last year's levels.
The Cabinet Office says at the end of last month, 319 people were registered as being out of work - down three on March's figure.
As the same time last year, unemployment stood at just 281 people.
The government says the statistics show there's currently an Isle of Man unemployment rate of just 0.7 per cent.
