An appeal has been launched to raise money for those affected by Tuesday's flooding.
The Rotary Club of Onchan will be raising funds for the residents of Laxey who's homes were damaged.
Fund co-ordinator Nigel Dobson said 'The first thing they'll do is assist those with emergency accommodation and where insurance doesn’t cover emergency repairs to homes.'
Earlier today, Zurich International donated £25,000 to the appeal from its International Disaster Fund.
Donations can be made by cheque, made payable to the Rotary Club of Onchan - Charity Account.
