Police are appealing for witnesses to come forward after a man destroyed and urinated on an electrical panel in Douglas.
The Central Neighbourhood Policing Team posted a video to its Facebook page showing the incident at the Peveril Building on Loch promenade in Douglas.
Officers are asking the public to come forward if they recognise any of the people in the video.
