A hotel on Douglas promenade could become 15 new homes, if planners give the go-ahead.
Delia Maguire, who owns the Trevelyan Hotel on Palace Terrace, has applied for permission to demolish the building and replace it with apartments.
In her plans, she says she'll keep the existing façade as it is and provide a basement car park for residents.
The plans also require registered building consent.
