‘Antisocial behaviour is something we all need to take responsibility for’.
That’s the view of Lead Councillor for Douglas, Claire Wells, in response to reports of antisocial behaviour in south Douglas housing estates belonging to the authority.
She says while steps are being taken to resolve the problem, we can all do our bit:
