Those in training for this year’s Parish Walk will have the chance to glean some top tips and put their questions to seasoned veterans this evening.
The annual ‘Walk Talk’ will be held at the Manx Museum and will feature a guest panel of previous winners.
They will include last year’s joint winners Richard Gerrard and Vinny Lynch, as well as Allan Callow, Elizabeth Corran and Steve Taylor.
The talk will get underway at 5.45.
Organiser Ray Cox outlined the fundamental steps first timers should be following if they want to reach their full potential:
