Resurfacing work on sections of Cushag Road and Anagh Coar Road will take over six weeks.
The Department of Infrastructure says sections of the area will be closed at a time as work progresses.
Work will begin on Monday July 24 until September 1, although the department expects the planned work will extend beyond this date.
The road closure has been scheduled to coincide with the school summer holidays to avoid impacting access to Anagh Coar School and secondary school buses.
