American website highlights Manx food offering

Manx food went global yesterday as an international online news site published a string of its successes.

The Huffington Post is an American news website reaching one million people every month.

A food, lifestyle and travel blogger submitted an article detailing the growth and achievements made by Island-based businesses.

Its publication ties in with government's 'Food Matters' strategy which was approved by Tynwald - Environment, Food and Agriculture Minister Richard Ronan says the publicity is welcome:
