The constabulary is appealing for witnesses to an altercation outside a pharmacy in Douglas yesterday.
Officers say the incident occurred outside Kinrade's Pharmacy on Ballaquayle Road at around 4.45pm.
They're asking anyone who may have any knowledge of or may have witnessed it to come forward.
