Three men have appeared in court accused of being part of a drug smuggling gang.
31 year old Jamie Mark Smith of Maple Avenue in Onchan is charged with three counts of conspiring to produce drugs and two of being unlawfully concerned in supplying drugs.
39 year old Stephen Joseph James Alty of Upland Close in Liverpool and 32 year old Liam Dunne of Sygnet in Bootle both face three counts of conspiracy to produce drugs.
All three appeared before magistrates at Douglas Courthouse via a live video link from Jurby prison.
No applications for bail were made and the trio were remanded in custody to appear for committal to the Court of General Gaol Delivery on April 18.
