A Peel man will appear in court again next month charged with drink-driving.
55 year old Nicholas Fleming of Raad Roagan is said to have been over the limit on September 18 at Archallagan Road in Crosby.
He hasn't yet entered a plea to the allegation.
Magistrates bailed him to appear in court again on October 10.
