The police have asked for the assistance of the public during today’s royal visit by the Prince of Wales and the Duchess of Cornwall.
Prince Charles and his wife Camilla will visit Douglas and Peel during their time on the Island and police have asked for the public’s full cooperation to ensure the visit is successful.
Those wishing to see the royal couple in Peel have been asked to arrive early and leave plenty of time to park as parking will be restricted. Anyone wishing to attend the Douglas locations is advised to park at The Bowl.
Speaking to 3FM, Inspector Derek Flint asked the public to listen to the police’s advice:
