An Island initiative to make walking and cycling a better option for residents has been launched this week.
The Active Travel Strategy got underway with an event at Ballakermeen High School on Monday.
UK Charity, Sustrans, has been recruited as part of the project - which was approved by Tynwald in July.
Sustrans England North Director, Rosslyn Colderley, says increasing levels of active travel 'significantly benefits health and wellbeing'.
