An MLC has reacted to a proposed bill to abolish the Legislative Council.
Tomorrow Rushen MHK Phil Gawne will take the idea to the House of Keys.
The Environment, Food and Agriculture Minister is arguing that government could continue to operate without LegCo - saving significant money in the process.
However Dudley Butt says the consequences of abolishing it would be far reaching and potentially monumental for government:
