Nearly half of year 11 students at KWC received A* or A grades today.
It comes as the largest group in King William’s College’s history received their GCSE/IGCSE results earlier today.
The 73 Upper Fifth (Year 11) students achieved an overall pass rate (A*-C or 9-4) of 91% with 47% of grades at A*/A or 9-7.
In a statement from the College they describe the last two years as 'extraordinarily challenging' and call the result a 'testament' to the student's resilience.
