A 73 year old man has been remanded in custody accused of sexual offences against women and children.
John Edward Corrin of Edmund Chadwick Grove in Douglas appeared before High Bailiff Jayne Hughes at Douglas Courthouse.
He hasn't yet entered pleas to five counts of indecent assault on a woman, two of indecent assault on a child, and one each of rape and attempted rape - all are said to have been committed between 1982 and 1997.
He was remanded in custody to appear in court again on December 15.
