Douglas Council has 60 run-down properties on its list, according to a report.
The local authority's Environmental Services Committee discussed its schedule of properties in a state of dilapidation or disrepair at a meeting at the end of March.
It noted that one property had been added to the list, while four had been taken off because they'd had work done.
The council is due to hold its Annual General Meeting on Wednesday.
