A £50,000 cash boost has been awarded to fund work on a new skate park in Castletown.
The grant from Manx Lottery Trust will be used by Castletown Commissioners towards the future outdoor facility in Poulsom Park.
Commissioner, Jimmy Cubbon, says the new project - once complete - will 'provide young people with the opportunity to be active and social'.
He is also thanking the trust for it's support.
