A driver has been fined £400 after being caught red-handed using his mobile phone while reverse parking.
Brandon Forrester-Mcelevey, of Close Beg in Peel, appeared before magistrates at Douglas Courthouse.
The 23-year-old admitted the offence outside his home on October 10 last year, when police saw him parking his Audi while clutching the phone.
He was given a fixed penalty but never paid it.
As well as the fine, he was ordered to pay £50 costs and had four points put on his licence.
