3FM is supporting a special campaign today raising awareness of mental health issues.
We're taking part in the 'Mental Health Minute' which will see hundreds of radio stations play a one minute long message on the subject at 10.59am.
The initiative is co-produced by Radio Centre and Heads Together - the mental health campaign co-ordinated by The Royal Foundation of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.
One of the key messages from the Duke of Cambridge will be that 'sometimes just talking about how you’re feeling can make a big difference'.
They'll be joined in their message by England captain, Harry Kane; Singer-Songwriter, Dua Lipa; actor, David Tennant and world heavyweight boxing champion, Anthony Joshua.
